RealPopup is instant messenger client for LANs (closed networks), that has practically all the same functions as many clients developed to be used together with online services like Live Messenger.

  The program offers us the option to see which users are connected, create groups of contacts, use hypertext, configure our status, configure the notification systems for those cases in which we receive a message, and edit the font, the size and the color.

  The application uses a rather dull and austere interface, it lacks emoticons and a conversation manager by means of tabs, but we have to take into account that it is an application designed for business use and, due to that, doesn't require any of these functions.
